I am about your same height and lost about 60 pounds last year. I would suggest that 180 is still too high but that is a whole lot better than 250! My peak weight was about 230. I thought about the impact of my health on my family and it is my responsibility (duty) to be more disciplined. Off-topic point - can you find a different coffee vendor to promote? One that does not contribute to abortion providers and anti-Christian organizations. Thanks for listening.

This is a great topic and post is on point. If you don't what to do, start with portion control. divide the pie (plate) in half, one side gets salad, don't like it, to bad, or mix in fruit of some type. The other half, divide that in half, load one quarter with protein of your choice, rotate your meats (Beef, Chicken, Pork, Fish - there you only have 3 more days to figure out your menu's to cover a week) And in the empty part, some type of raw or cooked veggie. Your choice, which in the end is really what it is, you can eat what you want and die young or balance everything and live this life Glorifying God with every breath. Oh and if forgot to mention, cut out any food (anything you put into your mouth) that is WHITE in color. (ie. sugar, bread, salt, etc) No I am not a dietician, but I have done a lot of personal research for my own dietary issues. Again, thank you for this post, and all of the above is for your other readers. Hope this is okay to send :)

Awesome advice, Like you said find a plan and stick to it.
